other job sites we do not charge you for looking for a
job. Infact we do everything we can to help you find a
job. We earn our income by charging
recruiters/employers for membership allowing them post jobs and search CV/Resumes along with a whole
suite of recruitment services. |

multiple Resumes/CV's |

You
can Upload up to 5 different Resumes/CV's to hold on
our database. These CV's will be available to attach
to job applications. If you don't have a Resume/CV we
have some great information and tips on how to write a
winning one to set you apart from the crowd. Employers can search
our CV database and you can choose to make your
Resume/CV searchable or not. Making it searchable
gives you a much better chance of getting a job.

Our
Jobs database holds hundreds of jobs from Employers
and Recruiters. You can enter your search criteria to
narrow your search and examine the results which show

Apply
for Jobs Online |

When
you find a job you would like you can apply instantly
online for it. Simply click on the "Apply"
link and attach one of your CVs. You can also write a
cover letter if you wish. The details are immediately
sent to the Employer or Recruiter of that job. |

Job Agents |

Job
Agents can be set up to monitor our job database and
notify you by email when relevant jobs have been
posted to our site. This means you will always recieve
information about the latest jobs that are available
and gives you a head start on your job application. |

Complete
Interview Screening |

As
a Job Seeker you will be able to complete an Interview
Screening process. This is a series of basic interview
questions that you think about the answers and then
complete the process. Your completed answers are then
made available to employers/recruiters to suplement
your CV/Resume and give a much better picture of you.
As with your CV/Resume you can choose to make your
Interview Answers available. |

$200 with our Referral Program |

Our
Referral Program will pay you $100 for each Employer
or Recruiter who signs up and pays for 12 months of
Gold Membership. When you signup with us you will
receive a unique number which the employer or
recruiter uses when they upgrade to 12 Months of Gold Membership. When they complete their upgrade you will
be paid $100. |
